Biography

Tom helps clients—both young and old—with their estate planning needs. This includes preparation of basic estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives. His practice also includes Medicaid planning for families that face the difficulty of having to place a loved one in need of long-term care in a skilled nursing facility with the goal of asset preservation and adequate care. Additionally, Tom handles probate and estate administration matters by assisting executors and administrators carry out their responsibilities in a timely and professional manner. Tom approaches each matter with attention and compassion to effectively address and meet each client’s legal needs.

Tom has been practicing law since 2009 and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Montgomery Bar Association, and ElderCounsel. Prior to his time at The Elder Care Law Center, LLC, Tom worked at an AmLaw 100 firm handling a broad range of complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts, representing local businesses and Fortune 100 companies. Now, Tom looks forward to serving his clients—real people with names, faces, and families—to help them protect who they love and what they’ve worked hard all their lives to build.

Tom resides in Ambler with his wife and six children. When he’s not working or spending time with his family he enjoys playing recreational tennis.
